The Retreat: What to Expect

  • Marina + Beach Workouts – We will sweat, smile and strengthen as A-M puts you through some of her signature strength, flexibility and conditioning 60 minute workouts
  • HIIT Workouts – Learn how to incorporate 20 minute workouts into your schedule to avoid the “no time to workout” excuse and stay on track with workouts you can do anywhere, including in your hotel room!
  • Fuel yourself healthy- A-M will often tag this in on her daily interactions with clients and she will provide you with tips for meals and snacks to keep your performance optimized all day long
  • One on One Sessions with A-M – Tap into what’s blocking you from becoming your best self from the inside-out. A-M believes in bio-individuality, so time together to determine what works best for you and how to dive in deeper will be explored.
  • Explore + Adventure- together, we will explore this beautiful part of Cabo and the beauty the outdoors provides by trying new activities and conquering any fears!
  • Free time- a chance for you to explore t, treat yourself to a spa treatment, shop locally, take on an additional excursion or simply rest by the tranquil infinity pool overlooking the ocean



Anne-Marie (A-M) is a Performance Coach, Certified in Holistic Health & Nutrition, Fitness, Yoga and Personal Training. She goes about empowering and inspiring her audiences and clients through her own authentic lifestyle.  Anne-Marie specializes in optimizing overall health and wellness- creating ideal health and fitness goals for clients,  turning this into a lifestyle, all while educating on the best foods to nourish you (mind and body) from the inside-out.
Anne-Marie has worked with professional athletes, corporate executives, mothers to be, post pregnancy clients and those just looking to kick start/reboot their overall health and wellness. Her education and diverse experience working in the fitness and nutrition industry, has equipped her with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, performance coaching, and preventative health care. She has been published in several media outlets such as Mantra Yoga +Health Magazine and Best Self Magazine.  Drawing on these skills and most importantly, the mental aspect of health and performance, she works with clients to make lifestyle changes that are lasting and impactful in ALL aspects of their lives. She will devise specific programs and track your progression for success. Her positive attitude is contagious and will leave you feeling motivated and accomplished!
